Thanks to AGT, Penn & Teller’s Fool Us, Masters of Illusion, and The Illusionists, magic has transformed from a ‘kid’s only’ diversion to become a real choice for an evening out.

Magic Theatres are popping up all over North America. Pretty much every major city has one that is either permanent or seasonal and now London, Ontario has joined this growing list.

For the last three months, Magic At The Marienbad has been playing to audiences of between 50-60 people who come to laugh and be amazed by South Western Ontario’s top magicians. The evening opens with an Emcee, followed by a Comedian and then a top Parlour style Magician closes out the evening. The audience is up close, involved in the magic, encouraged to participate and it’s a brand new show every time..

All of the magicians and full-time professionals and so far the acts have been The Amazing Corbin, Graemazing Reed and Myself. In the coming months the acts include Steve Oz, Glenn Ottaway and Matt Disero.
